Following on from successful installation in earlier developments in Canning Town, Hallsville Quarter phase three is a mixed-use town centre development delivering 620 new homes including 50 extra care homes across eight buildings, including retail, leisure, offices and an NHS health centre.
Evinox manufactured ModuPUC Utility Cupboards were installed into each apartment. ModuPUC Utility Cupboards are prefabricated, drop-in and connect units that includes an Evinox ModuSat XR Twin Plate HIUs, all pipework, space for washing machine and drying utilities, with mechanical ventilation and heat recovery unit. ModuPUC is a compact and sleek design, with highly efficient HIU performance.
