The THI 10-35 SEP is the latest addition to our combination boiler range and uses plate heat exchanger technology like our smaller THI 5-25 version. The 10-35 version actually fires at 50 kW when in hot water mode to provide a staggering flow rate of 22.3 L/min making it one of the best performing combination boilers on the market. The first 10 minutes of draw off will provide 223 litres of hot water. The heating circuit can be programmed to modulate between 10 and 35 kW or between 10 and 50 kW.
