Despite its early days in the UK market, the pastormaster won INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL H & V PRODUCT OF THE YEAR, the judges concluded '..taking human error out of the equation, this integrated solution provides a welcome boost to the health, safety and reliability of water delivery.

The Pastormaster is the only system that provides a thermal shock of 70°C 24 hours per day and uses plate heat exchanger technology to cool the water back to a safe operating temperature, without introducing untreated water. One plate heat exchanger takes the water up to 70°C, it is then transferred to the pasteurizer unit and held for 2 minutes, and then returned to the hot water network via a heat transfer plate heat exchanger to have the temperature lowered. This technology uses no chemicals and therefore does not require regimented maintenance like chemical systems.
