The Geminox Italian partner provides the MODUGEST control system for the MODUSAT, cooling versions of the MODUSAT and joint enclosures and packaged plant rooms.

The MODUGEST control system provides the ultimate in metering control, metering and remote supervision of the centralised plant and each MODUSAT unit. The system allows us to read the energy meters, change parameters, times setting and remotely interrogate the individual MODUSAT units and main boiler plant.

We can monitor any possible alarm outputs and a direct signal is provided to our offices for After Sales assistance.

Using the MODUGEST control system allows us to add another option to the MODUSAT unit if required. The MODUGEST can control cooling and humidity, so a water sourced chiller is supplied and cooled water is delivered to the MODUSAT. This enables systems with underfloor heating to use the floor structure as a cooling principle, alternatively fan coil units could be used to provide summer cooling/winter heating.
