As its name suggests the air source heat pumps takes its energy from the air to provide heating and hot water. Transformed by electricity the heat pump can produce over 4 times its own power (Co-efficient of performance COP) in heating resulting from a rise in pressure caused by the electrically powered compressor.

The air source heat pump has recently been classed as a renewable energy. By removing the need and aggravation of extensive groundwork's it is now becoming the specifies choice.

Combining the heat pumps with the award winning Capito thermal store has been the key to our success in maximising the efficiencies out of the various energy sources available ( see typical schematic for example)
