Dominion Go Communal

Meica have installed 21 Geminox Modusat satellite heating units in Vincent Square, London for the Dominion Housing Group. The main boiler room consists of only 100kW of energy which is all that is required to run the 21 apartments due to the unique design of the Modusat which uses at least 50% less energy than plate heat exchangers. The huge reduction in boiler power has provided a low carbon footprint for this project. 1 Geminox 10-100 condensing boiler provides the heating load.

Evinox, the UK partner of Geminox boilers, will provide the remote monitoring and billing of the energy and water consumption by using the inbuilt heat and water meters within the Modusat.
