Wall Hall

Wall Hall is the multiple award winning luxury development by Octagon Developments. Set in 55 acres of its own beautiful listed parkland, this stunning development is comprised of apartments, cottages, detached homes and the magnificent conversion of the Grade 11 listed Manor House into prestigious apartments.

Continuing their relationship with Evinox, this development has used various models from the award-winning Geminox THl DC boiler range. Specifically designed for the UFH market, the DC boiler provides 3 circuits: hot water, UFH and a towel rail circuit all piped directly to the boiler without any external pumps or control valves, saving valuable space and labour on site. This development will use the 2-17kW, 5-25kW, 10-35kW and 10-50kW DC boilers and, on the smaller apartments and cottages, the new 2-17kW DC DUO, which has an in-built 120-litre hot water tank.

Evinox worked closely with Multibeton, the chosen UFH supplier, as all the boilers are piped directly to the Multibeton UFH manifolds. The combination of Geminox and Multibeton provides the control and comfort that an Octagon home requires.
