The latest development of four executive homes at Fairmile Lane, Cobham, Surrey is using the THl boiler to provide direct control to the UFH without the need for any mixing or blending valves, something which Geminox has led the industry in since 1995. The abundance of hot water that is required for the Avicam standards was another important reason for Avicam selecting our equipment.
