Prefabricated Plant rises to the top

Westmark, the Bristol based developer, latest project of 60 apartments in Cardiff bay is being served by the Evinox prefabricated JOINT system.

The JOINT system combines all the energy benefits typical of our condensing boilers into a neat, compact prefabricated unit complete with all components guaranteeing functional safety and optimised heat management.

The JOINT system was craned onto the 10th storey roof top and will serve 60 MODUSAT satellite units providing heating and hot water to each apartment.

The pre-fabricated solution removes the need for designing plant room and eliminates installation errors thus saving time and money.

The client chose this solution because Evinox Ltd was able to offer a complete package providing the central plant and satellite units along with the on going servicing, remote monitoring and billing of the energy and water consumption by using the inbuilt heat and water meters within the MODUSAT.
