MODUSAT goes WEST

Westmark, the Bristol based developer, specialises in developing Brownfield sites in town and city centres bringing new life to areas that have previously been derelict or under used.

At Port Marine Westmark is developing a landmark building which stands at the head of the Marina with views over the moorings towards the Severn estuary.

The 55 apartments will be served by a central boiler plant of just 300 kW with the MODUSAT satellite within each apartment. The MODUSAT provides the end user with complete autonomy over their heating and hot water and enables them to benefit form the energy saving characteristics of a communal scheme.

The client chose this solution because Evinox Ltd was able to offer a complete package providing the central plant and satellite units along with the on going servicing, remote monitoring and billing of the energy and water consumption by using the inbuilt heat and water meters within the MODUSAT.
