The Geminox MODUSAT satellite system was chosen by the client to provide the heating and hot water. Its energy efficiency, high performance and the ability to maintain the aesthetics of this unique building all contributed to the client’s decision.

Powered by the Geminox THI 10-100 condensing boiler the system provides the ultimate in energy efficiency with a downturn to just 10 KW.

Within each apartment the MODUSATs unique design gives the end user the same autonomy as if they had their own boiler and tank. Individual heat meters provide accurate billing of the energy used.

Other benefits of the MODUSAT include high SAP ratings, cost savings on gas infrastructure and the ability to maintain the aesthetics of the building. Its flexibility to be adapted for various system designs including UFH, radiators, cooling in summer time and the ability to interface with renewable energies continues to drive its success.
