Inhibitor

The chemicals that we use within our inhibitors are the best that are available to provide the ultimate in system protection.

The chemicals provide 4 functions:

Anti corrosion protection for multi metal, multi material protection preventing rust and metallic sludge.
Briocide to prevent any algae and bacterial sludge.
Lubrication of all moving parts.
Simple Traceably of chemical level in the system due to the internal colour marker.
Suitable with underfloor heating systems.
Prevents the release of corrosion gases into the system.

We use two of the most expensive inhibitor chemicals in our formula to provide the ultimate in system protection, not only to our boiler but to the entire heating system. No other chemicals match the performance of Bionibal and Bionibagel.

The simple colour test using our test tablets indicates the level of Bionibal in the system. A 50ml sample of system water is taken and a test tablet added.

The water will change colour and the colour chart is used to determine the percentage of Bionibal within the system.

Both test tubes are filled with materials within heating systems including: copper, steel, brass, stainless steel, aluminium and PEX pipe. The left hand tube has raw water in and the right hand one has the correct 1% dosage of Bionibal.

Within 24 hours corrosion had taken place in the left hand tube.

This experiment shows how vitally important it is that our Bionibal is added to the system straight away.
