We insist as part of our warranty conditions the use of air and dirt separators to eradicate corrosion and noise from the system.

It is a condition of our warranty that one of our dirt separators has to be installed to the system, this will ensure protection from any installation debris.

The use of our dirt separators is especially beneficial when installing our boilers to old systems, as the separator will continue to clean the system and provides an easy cleaning solution compared to traditional strainers.

Dirt can cause many problems such as increased component wear and frequent break downs. Corrosion, pump wear and reduced efficiency result in increased maintenance, unnecessarily high costs and dissatisfied customers. Traditionally strainers or filters are fitted to overcome dirt problems. However these require frequent maintenance and if not cleaned on a regular bases cause increased pressure drops and eventually blockages.

The range starts at 22mm compression and goes up to 4" BSP

For our commercial multi boiler applications our combined header, and air and dirt separator is used.
