Energy Bank for renewable heating and hot water systems
The Evinox Thermal Store Energy Bank is the perfect choice for storing energy for use in renewable heating and hot water systems.
The innovative heat transfer technology within the Thermal Store transfers energy generated by renewable sources via the heat exchanger to the Energy Bank for the fast supply of hot water, and with standard tanks ranging from 350L to 3000L there is a capacity to suit most sizes of system.
The Thermal Store can be used to capture energy from a variety of heat sources, such as solar, heat pumps, biomass and CHP, and is capable of providing hot water at varying temperatures to suit different heat emitters within a building. For example the Thermal Store can supply an underfloor heating system that may require 40°C, radiators requiring 70°C and hot water at 55°C, all from the same unit.
The Evinox Thermal Store received the H&V News Award for Industrial and Commercial Product of the Year when it was launched, and was a finalist for The Sustainable Building Services Awards. Judges hailed the Thermal Store as “an important and highly versatile product” as it allows users to take advantage of a variety of renewable energy sources, and “future proof” because it can adapt to whichever type of renewable energy is chosen.
