The Chartered Institute of Housing Annual Exhibition is the UK’s ultimate housing exhibition focusing on the provision of affordable housing and the development of sustainable communities. The event is the biggest and best attended event in the UK’s housing events calendar as it brings together nearly 5000 housing professionals, together with over 300 key suppliers all under one roof. The exhibition was held in Harrogate from the 22nd - 24th June 2010, and showcased the latest products and services in the housing and regeneration sector with many dedicated features and workshops running throughout the show.
The Evinox ModuSat satellite heating system for apartments and communal housing schemes was on display at the exhibition. The ModuSat draws energy from the main heating primary circuit delivered from a centralised plant room fed by a renewable heat source. This is in line with latest legislation encouraging a move away from the use of higher carbon emitting individual heating and hot water systems.
The in-built energy meter can be tailored to meet the requirements of the building operator and residents, ranging from simple read-only meters, to a complete remote billing solution using M-BUS communication to provide the end user with a fully itemised energy bill.
Working independently with best-of-breed manufacturers of both renewable and traditional technologies, Evinox stands apart in its ability to recommend, supply,
commission and provide life time support for advanced, high performance heating and hot water systems for communal dwellings.
From initial survey to design to ongoing trouble-free service and support, discover onestop integrated heating intelligence with Evinox.
